  25. From what you're describing, I do not think this is the answer, but I'll 
  26. ask anyway: do you know if it has the 2.x compatable ROM?  The 2620 needs 
  27. a new ROM in order to work with 2.x and above.  That is all I had to do 
  28. to get my 2620 to work on a 2.x machine.
